Seventeen modules, one record underneath.

Every organisation can use the same core: money, people, hiring, learning, assessment and legal. Add the education or Hospital modules your work needs. Each one reads the same record, so nothing is typed twice.

Yes: included. Optional: available when the organisation switches it on. –: not offered. The Hospital module is for Hospitals and Hospital Chains.

Start with the work every organisation shares.

Money, people, hiring, learning, assessment and legal run the same way in a School as in a Company. They are the foundation every other module sits on.

Keep every rupee in one ledger.

Bills, payments, budgets and purchase orders all post to the same books. The month-end close is a checklist, not a hunt through spreadsheets.

An accountant reviews a ledger at her desk, with bank statements, a calculator and a laptop beside her
An HR officer goes through an employee's file with the employee, with a leave calendar on the wall

Look after people from the first day to the last.

Records, attendance, leave, payroll and exits sit together. Rules for each country come with the module, so the payslip follows the law where the organisation works.

  • HR & Payroll: records, attendance, leave, payroll, appraisals and exits.

Hire well, and hand the new joiner over without re-typing.

A careers page, interviews and offers live in one place. An accepted offer becomes an onboarding record, and a staffing agency gets its own back office.

  • Recruitment (ATS): careers page, interviews, offers and staffing agency back office.

A student writes in a notebook while her teacher points at a line in a bright school library

Teach from a textbook, and see where each learner is stuck.

Lessons, practice and live classes are built from the material the institution already has. Teachers see who is stuck, and where.

  • LMS: textbook lessons, practice, live classes and outcome tracking.
  • Assessment Engine: question banks, secure online tests and offline exam centres.

Keep deadlines on the calendar, not in someone's head.

Court dates, RTI requests and legal notices each carry a clock. The module warns before a deadline is missed, and every advocate bill goes through a second approver.

A legal officer in a suit reviews a case file at a desk in a bright office

Built for the work of education.

Schools, Colleges, Universities and Coaching Centres share these modules. Each one follows the way the institution runs its intake, its classes, its exams and its Alumni.

Bring students in, and take the deposit the moment they say yes.

Enquiries become applications, applications become offers, and the deposit flows into the fee account. Nothing is copied from one screen to another.

  • Admissions: enquiries, applications, merit lists and seat allotment.
  • Fee Management: fee structures, bills, instalments and online payments.
A school admissions counsellor explains a form to a parent and child in a bright office

Know early when a student needs a conversation.

Attendance, timetables, behaviour, wellbeing and parent messages sit in one place. Falling attendance is flagged while there is still time to act.

  • Student Engagement: attendance, timetables, behaviour, wellbeing, clubs and parent communication.
  • Community Forum: a moderated study space, where every post is checked before it appears.
A teacher and a parent talk across a small table in a classroom with children's drawings on the wall

Run exams you can defend, and degrees anyone can verify.

Papers are secured, evaluation is anonymous, and results follow the institution's rules. Each certificate carries a code that anyone can check online.

Students write answers at separate desks in a large examination hall while invigilators walk between the rows

Keep residence, careers and campus life in order.

Hostel beds, mess bills and outpasses are handled bed by bed. Placement runs Company drives with eligibility checked before anyone applies.

  • Hostel: beds, mess bills, outpasses, complaints, fines and checkout.
  • Placement: Companies, eligibility checks, interview rounds and offers.
Hostel students talk in a bright common room, with the warden at the reception desk in the background

Stay in touch after the degree, and raise money for the next batch.

Alumni get a directory, events, mentoring and a job board. Donations, campaigns and receipts go through the same accounts as fees.

  • Alumni: directory, events, mentoring, job board and giving.
  • Research: funding calls, grants, ethics committees, publications and funder reports.

Built for Hospitals.

The Hospital module is for a single Hospital, a clinic or a whole chain. Each facility is a place inside one record.

One patient, one record, every branch.

Registration, appointments, outpatient care, wards and beds, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing and insurance claims all read the same patient record.

  • Hospital: patients, clinical records, pharmacy, billing and claims across branches.
