Terms of use

These terms apply to this website and to the UIMS service. Last updated 23 October 2026.

About these terms

UIMS is owned by Tutelage Education Services Pvt Ltd, Talent4Assure Assessment Services Pvt Ltd and Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd, of A-51, A Block, Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India - 201301. By using this website or the UIMS service you agree to these terms. This text describes how UIMS operates and does not replace legal advice.

The service

UIMS is an enterprise ERP platform for educational institutions, Corporates and Hospitals. An institution is set up completely through a guided onboarding process before it starts using the platform. The modules available to an institution depend on the plan it has agreed.

Accounts and access

Each person signs in with their own account, and is responsible for keeping their sign-in details safe. The institution is responsible for the users it gives access to, and for removing access when someone leaves.

Acceptable use

You must not use UIMS to break the law, to harm other users or children, to misuse personal data, or to attempt to access another institution's data. You must not try to get around the security controls of the platform.

Institution data

The institution owns the data it puts into UIMS. UIMS keeps that data secure and uses it only to provide the service to that institution, as set out in the privacy notice. When the agreement ends, the institution may export its data, and UIMS will delete it according to the retention terms agreed.

Fees and payments

Fees, plans and payment terms are set out in the agreement signed by the institution. Payments may be made through the payment providers the institution chooses, such as Razorpay or Cashfree.

AI features

AI features in UIMS suggest and do not decide. Important decisions about a person are taken by a person. Where an institution uses its own AI key, that key and its costs are the institution's responsibility.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may affect availability. Institutions have a downtime mode for their own records during an outage.

Liability

UIMS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the institution in the period set out in the agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Institutions are told in advance of material changes that affect their agreement.
