Run your whole Organisation on One Record.
Universal Integrated Management System (UIMS) is an ERP: one system that runs an organisation's money, people, records and daily work. The same platform serves Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Centres, Companies and Hospitals.
One Record moves through every module.
A person is entered once. From then on, the same record moves with them through each module the organisation runs.
What an ERP is, and how UIMS is built.
An ERP replaces the many separate tools an organisation uses for money, people and records. UIMS is built in three layers, so a School and a Hospital can share the same foundation and still have their own work.

One Record
A person or a payment is entered once. Every module reads the same record, so a fee, a result or a payslip never disagrees with the rest of the system.
A shared core
Every organisation runs its money, its people, its hiring, its learning and its legal work. These modules are the same foundation for all of them.
Modules for your work
Add the modules that match your kind of organisation, such as admissions for a School or patient care for a Hospital. Switch on more later without starting again.
Seventeen modules, each explained on one page.
The Modules page shows which modules each kind of organisation gets, and what each one does for the people who use it.
For Hospitals: one patient, one record, every branch.
The Hospital module runs registration, appointments, outpatient care, wards and beds, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing, insurance and compliance records, for one Hospital or a whole chain.

Work that moves on by itself between modules.
Because every module reads the same record, the handoffs that usually need re-typing happen automatically.
A School family pays the deposit, and the seat is theirs.
The deposit is paid from the admissions portal. It becomes a bill in Fee Management, and every payment is posted straight to Finance & Accounts.

New joiner
A Company hires, and the new joiner starts on payroll.
An accepted offer in Recruitment (ATS) passes the new joiner into HR & Payroll, with onboarding and probation already started.
A graduate stays part of the institution.
At convocation, graduating students become Alumni, with the record they built as students, ready for events, mentoring and giving.

Why one ERP instead of several tools.
Your name on every screen
Each organisation uses its own logo, colours, tagline and web address, on screens, emails, PDFs and certificates.
Families and staff reached on WhatsApp
Updates go out on WhatsApp and email, from the organisation's own WhatsApp Business number, with consent and opt-outs respected.
Documents people can trust
Documents come from DigiLocker with the issuer's digital signature checked, and certificates carry QR codes that anyone can verify.
Payments on your own account
Fees and deposits are paid online through Razorpay and Cashfree, on the organisation's own account.
AI with your own key
An organisation can bring its own OpenAI or Anthropic key and switch on each AI feature one at a time. AI suggests, and people decide.
Built for India and beyond
Country packs set identity documents, tax, statutory reports and currency for each organisation's country.
Built for security audits
Built for CERT-In empanelled security audits, following OWASP standards, with role-based access and a permanent audit trail.
Privacy by design
Personal data is encrypted, sensitive fields are shown only to those who need them, and every look at a sensitive record is recorded. Built for India's DPDP Act and GDPR.
Questions people ask before choosing an ERP.
What is an ERP?
An ERP (enterprise resource planning) system runs an organisation's day-to-day work: its money, its people, its records and its operations, in one place instead of many. UIMS is an ERP that every kind of organisation can use, from a School to a Hospital.
Is UIMS only for Schools and Colleges?
No. UIMS serves Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Centres, Companies and Hospitals. Every organisation can use the core modules: Finance & Accounts, HR & Payroll, Recruitment, LMS, Assessment Engine, and Legal & Compliance. Schools, Colleges, Universities and Coaching Centres add the education modules their work needs. Hospitals add the Hospital module.
Do we have to buy all 17 modules?
No. Each organisation switches on the modules its work needs. Start with the core and the modules you need today, and add the rest when you are ready. Modules added later read the same records, so they do not start from scratch.
Can one login run a School group, a College and a Coaching Centre?
Yes. A group that runs a School, a College and a Coaching Centre uses one system with one login. Each institution sees its own words, such as class and section for a School, programme and semester for a University, and course and batch for a Coaching Centre.
Can a Company use UIMS for hiring, payroll and training?
Yes. Companies use Finance & Accounts, Recruitment with its staffing agency back office, LMS for training, Assessment Engine for certification tests, and Legal & Compliance. HR & Payroll, Examinations & Results, Community Forum, Alumni and Research are available when a Company wants them.
Does UIMS support Indian compliance such as DigiLocker, GST, TDS and government returns?
Yes. Documents can come from DigiLocker with the issuer's digital signature checked. Finance & Accounts handles GST and TDS, and the Admissions module produces data for AISHE, UDISE+ and NIRF. Country packs set the identity documents, tax and statutory reports for each organisation's country, and India is one pack among several.
