One ERP for the School, from the first enquiry to the report card a parent reads.
Classes, sections, subjects, attendance, fees, report cards and the parent who wants to know how their child is doing. UIMS keeps them on one record, and speaks to parents on WhatsApp and email.

The problems this solves.
A School runs on the same few questions every day: where is each child, what is due, and how is the child doing.
- Classes, sections and subject combinations that change every year, with teachers and students to be allotted to each.
- Fee reminders that go out late or to the wrong parent, and parents who want to know what is due and why.
- Absences and behaviour concerns that reach the parent days after they happen.
- Report cards built by hand, term after term, from marks kept in different places.

Admissions and the School year
From enquiry to the first day, and from one year to the next.
- Enquiries and counselling for families, with each lead followed up and scored.
- An admission cycle with seats per class, and points-based admission (distance, sibling, staff child and similar rules).
- A fair, recorded lottery for the RTE 25 per cent seats, and for over‑subscribed classes.
- Section allotment, and promotion to the next class at year end.

Classes, teaching and attendance
The academic day, from the timetable to the attendance register.
- Classes, sections, subjects and subject combinations, with teachers and students allotted to sections.
- A timetable built around teachers, rooms and subject rules, and cover arranged fairly when a teacher is absent.
- Attendance by period or day, with proxy attendance stopped by a rotating QR code, location checks or device binding.
- Early warning when attendance is falling, with the next step suggested, and absence messages to parents on WhatsApp.
- Homework and School exams, with report cards produced from the marks.

Learning and outcomes
What children learn, and whether they have learnt it.
- Learning outcomes for each class and subject, measured from the learners' own answers.
- Online tests with auto-marking and item analysis, and practice that adapts to each child.
- A teacher's dashboard that shows who is stuck, and a parent note in plain words.

Fees and money
Every bill and payment in one ledger, and parents who always know what is due.
- Fee heads and structures per class, with one-time, term-wise or yearly fees.
- Bills to a whole class or one child, online payment, instalment plans and auto-debit.
- Staged WhatsApp reminders for overdue fees, and late fees added by the School's own rules.
- Concessions and refunds, each approved by a second person, and every receipt posted to the accounts.

Wellbeing, behaviour and campus life
The child beyond the marks sheet, with the right people kept informed.
- Behaviour recorded with the School's own points and consequences, detentions and behaviour plans.
- Private ways for a child to ask for help, and a safeguarding register that only the safeguarding lead sees.
- Health profiles with allergies and medicines, shown only to those who need them.
- Transport: routes, stops, students on each bus, and live GPS tracking.
- Clubs, sports, trips and events, with online parent consent and payment, and an official co-curricular record.

Parents
Parents who are informed, and who can act without a phone call.
- Messages and circulars to one class, one bus route or the whole School.
- A weekly digest, and parent-teacher meetings booked online, with sibling meetings placed back to back.
- Messages on WhatsApp and email, using approved templates, with consent and opt-outs respected.
- A WhatsApp inbox, so the office answers parents in one place.
How it runs, step by step.
A School year, from the first enquiry to the parent's view of the report card.
Enquire and admit
A family enquires, applies, is offered a seat, pays the deposit, and the child is allotted a section.
Set up the year
Classes, sections, subjects and the timetable are built, and teachers are allotted.
Attend and learn
Attendance is taken each day, parents are told of absences, and learning outcomes are tracked.
Pay
Fees are billed to each child, and reminders go to parents who have agreed to them.
Assess and report
Tests and exams are marked, and report cards are produced for each term.
Promote and carry forward
Students move up at year end, and their record moves with them.
Who uses it.
The people in a School, and what each one needs from the system.
The principal and the School office
See attendance, fees, risks and compliance at a glance.
You want to know, without asking, what needs attention today.
Class teachers and subject teachers
Take attendance, mark homework and tests, and record behaviour.
You want attendance taken in seconds, and marks that do not need retyping.
The accounts and fee office
Set fees, send bills, collect and reconcile.
You want every payment on the books and every reminder sent correctly.
Parents and students
Pay fees, see attendance and report cards, book meetings and give consent.
You want to know what is due, how your child is doing, and when to act.

Questions people ask about Schools.
Do parents get messages on WhatsApp?
Yes. Absence, fee and result messages go out on WhatsApp and email, using approved templates, and consent and opt-outs are respected automatically.
How is the RTE lottery run?
The lottery for the RTE 25 per cent seats, and for over‑subscribed classes, is run by the system and recorded, so the School can show how each seat was given.
Can parents see their child's report card online?
Yes. Report cards are produced from the marks, and parents see them through their own login.
Does the transport module show buses live?
Yes. Routes, stops and the students on each bus are kept, and buses can be tracked on a live GPS map.
