One ERP for the Company, from the requisition to the exit and the books in between.
Departments, hiring, payroll, training, purchases, assets, legal matters and the people who leave. UIMS keeps them on one record, with the approvals and audit trail that a Company's auditors will ask for.

The problems this solves.
A Company is many departments that have to agree on the same numbers. These are the places where they usually do not.
- Hiring that runs on spreadsheets, with candidates lost between the recruiter, the interviewer and the offer letter.
- A payroll that must be right every month, with statutory deductions that change by country.
- Training that is requested, approved and paid for with no one able to say what it cost by department.
- Records that must survive an audit, and approvals that the auditors can trace.

Hiring
From the requisition to the joining day, in one system.
- Requisitions with approval routing by department, amount or site.
- A careers page with the Company's logo, and job posting to job boards.
- AI resume parsing and candidate matching, with duplicate candidates caught.
- Interviews scheduled with clash checks, scorecards and offers accepted online with an OTP or e-signature.
- An internal job marketplace for employees, and referral bonuses.
- A new joiner handed to HR & Payroll with the pre-joining checklist already done.

People and payroll
The employee's whole working life, from the first day to the exit.
- An employee master, positions, departments, the service book and the document vault.
- Attendance by biometric device, geofenced mobile check-in or one-time code, with shifts and overtime.
- Leave types, accrual, carry-forward and encashment, with a who-is-away calendar.
- Monthly payroll in one control centre, approved before it posts, with a month that cannot be paid twice.
- Statutory compliance by country, with payslips, bank advice files and posting to the accounts.
- Goals, appraisals, 360-degree feedback, succession planning with a nine‑box grid, and promotions.
- Exits, full and final settlement, gratuity, clearance and exit interviews.

Training and skills
Training that is requested, approved and costed by department.
- Training requests and approvals, with budgets by department and financial year.
- External trainers, session feedback and onboarding checklists.
- Courses mapped to skills, with mandatory training tracked.
- Employee certification through the Assessment Engine.

Finance, purchasing and assets
The Company's money, in the same books as its people.
- A general ledger with balanced vouchers, locked periods and an audit trail that cannot be erased.
- Budgets with spending, commitments and what is left, shown before anyone spends more.
- Purchase to pay: requisition, order, goods received, bill, three-way match, approval and payment.
- Stores, fixed assets and depreciation, with asset tagging and physical verification.
- Consolidated accounts across units, and multi-currency with exchange rates.

Legal, compliance and Alumni
Deadlines, cases and the people who once worked for you.
- Court cases, hearings and deadline clocks, with advocates' fees approved by a second person.
- Legal notices, opinions and right-to-information requests, all with their deadlines tracked.
- An ex-employee network, run through the Alumni module without the fundraising.
- Corporate R&D, with a stage-gate innovation funnel and the reasons for each decision recorded.
How it runs, step by step.

Work
Attendance, leave, training and appraisals run through the year, against the department's budget.
Get paid
Payroll is approved, posted to the accounts, and payslips go out.

Questions people ask about Corporates.
Can payroll be paid twice for the same month?
No. A month can only be paid once, and payroll is approved before it posts to the accounts.
Which statutory rules are covered?
In India, PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS and Form 16. Other countries are added through their own country packs, so the same system follows their rules.
Does the new joiner's record carry over from hiring?
Yes. A selected candidate moves into HR & Payroll with the onboarding tasks, documents and probation period started.
Who can approve a purchase or a bill?
Approvals follow the Company's own amount limits and routing, and the person who raises a bill cannot approve it.
