Every employee's record, leave and salary, from the first day to the final settlement.
HR & Payroll runs the whole employee lifecycle in one system: attendance, leave, payroll with statutory compliance, appraisals, faculty workload and exits. A payroll run cannot be paid twice, and nothing reaches the accounts until it is approved.

Payroll run, October
An employee's whole working life, in six stages.
Each stage opens the next. The record that starts at joining is the same record used for pay, leave and the exit.
Join
A selected candidate arrives from Recruitment, with onboarding tasks and probation.
Attend
Attendance by biometric device, a geofenced phone check-in, or a one‑time code.
Take leave
Requested on the portal, approved by the manager, balances updated.
Get paid
Calculated, approved, posted to the accounts, with payslips and bank advice.
Grow
Goals, appraisals, training and promotion, including academic schemes.
Leave
Notice, clearance, full and final settlement, and the exit interview.
Every part of people management, from the employee record to the exit.
Each block below covers one part of the module. Together they keep one record for every person the institution employs.
New staff are onboarded with their documents, tasks and probation already in place.
A selected candidate arrives from Recruitment and the onboarding tasks start on their own. Documents, qualifications and licences are kept in a secure vault, and expiring licences raise an alert before they lapse.
- Employee master, positions, designations, departments and the organisation structure.
- A service book: every event in an employee's career.
- Dependants, qualifications and documents, in a secure document vault.
- Professional licences and certifications, with expiry alerts.
- Colleague directory.

Attendance, today
Attendance is recorded by the method the campus uses, and overtime is tracked against the shift.
Staff check in at a biometric device, on a phone inside the campus geofence, or with a one‑time code. Shifts, rosters and overtime are tracked, with the working-time rules the law sets.
- Biometric devices, geofenced mobile check-in and one‑time‑code attendance.
- Shifts and shift rosters, overtime, compensatory off, on-call duty.
- Working-time rules, including night-worker and young-worker rules.
- Timesheets and effort certification for research staff.
- Regularisation requests, with an audit trail.
Leave is applied for on the portal, approved by the manager, and balances update at once.
Leave types, accrual, carry-forward and encashment follow the policy. Academic leave such as sabbatical, study leave and deputation is handled the same way, and a calendar shows who is away.

Appraisal, this cycle

What sets the module apart from a Corporate HR system.
Each of these is part of the module itself.
- Made for educational institutions. Faculty workload, academic promotion, sabbaticals, substitute teachers and student feedback on teaching are built in.
- Works in any country. Statutory rules come from country packs, so India is one country among several.
- Payroll you can trust. It cannot be paid twice, it is approved before it posts, and it lands straight in the accounts.
- Privacy built in. Salaries and health records are protected, and every look is recorded.
HR & Payroll is connected to the modules around it.
A selected candidate joins from hiring, and every payroll run lands in the accounts.
Built for the people who keep the staff record, pay the staff and run the campus.
Each role sees the part of the record that belongs to it.
