Campus hiring run inside one system, where Companies, students and the placement cell work from the same record.

The Placement module runs the training and placement cell for Universities and Colleges. Companies post jobs, eligibility is checked automatically, interview rounds are scheduled, and every offer is reported. Recruiters see only their own Company's applicants.

From an eligible job to an offer, round by round.

Each round is scheduled and the student is told at each step. The result of every round is kept, so the path to the offer is always on record.

  1. Eligible job

Only students who meet the rules see the job and can apply.

  2. Aptitude

The first test, scheduled and sent to each student.

  3. Group discussion

Students are called in groups, and the result is recorded.

  4. Technical

The technical interview, with the recruiter's notes kept.

  5. HR

The final round, followed by the decision.

  6. Offer

Selected students are marked, and the offer feeds the reports.

Every part of the placement cell, from the Company to the report.

Each block below covers one part of the module. Together they replace the spreadsheets and the emails that usually run a campus drive.

Companies are approved before they post, and each recruiter gets a login for their own Company.

The placement officer registers a Company and approves it. The Company's recruiter then receives their own login by email, and sees only their own jobs, applicants and interviews.

  • A Company register with an approval workflow.
  • A login for each Company's recruiter, who sees only their own Company's jobs and applicants.
  • Placement drives, the campus visits, with dates and status.

Each student builds a profile of their record, skills and projects, and makes a resume from a template.

The academic record, CGPA, backlogs, skills and projects sit in one profile. A resume can be uploaded, or made from the institution's templates as a PDF, and the placement cell can upload many profiles at once.

  • A placement profile: academic record, CGPA, backlogs, skills and projects.
  • Resume upload, and resumes made from templates as a PDF.
  • Bulk upload of student profiles by the placement cell.

Only eligible students can apply, so no one has to filter hundreds of resumes by hand.

A job carries its eligibility rules, such as branch, CGPA, backlogs and batch. The system checks each student against them, shows the job only to those who are eligible, and lets them apply with one click.

  • Job postings with eligibility rules.
  • An automatic eligibility check, so only eligible students can apply.
  • One-click applications, with application status and notes.

Interview rounds are scheduled, and each student is told before the next one begins.

Aptitude tests, group discussions, technical and HR rounds are scheduled one after another. Students are notified at each step, and the result of every round is kept.

  • Interview rounds and schedules.
  • Notifications at every step.
  • Bulk status updates: shortlist, select or reject many students at once.

Recruiters run their interviews inside the system, with no spreadsheets passed back and forth.

Interview rounds are run and tracked in the same system as the applications, so each applicant's status stays beside their record, instead of in a separate email thread.

  • Application status for each applicant, kept with their record.

A recruiter sees only the applicants for their own Company, and applicants never see each other.

Recruiters work only with their own Company's jobs and applicants. Applicants can never see each other's details, and a student's profile is visible only within their own institution.

  • A recruiter's view of their own Company's applicants, with filters.
  • Applicants can never see each other's details.
  • A student's profile is visible only within their own institution.

An offer is marked once, and every selection feeds the placement reports.

Selected students are marked, and each offer is counted in the placement reports by branch, programme and Company. The figures also feed the College's MIS and national ranking data.

  • Offers marked for each selected student.
  • A placement dashboard: Companies, jobs, applications and selections.
  • Placement reports by branch, programme and Company.
  • Placement figures feeding the College MIS and national ranking data.
  • Broadcast messages to students, and sync with an outside ERP where the institution uses one.

What sets the module apart from a placement spreadsheet.

Each of these is part of the module itself.

Placement is connected to the academic record and the reports.
